The Real Estate Agent Coaching is a crash course in architectural photography for self-employed agents and professionals in the real estate sector. Our day
We start off by socializing with other solopreneurs, introduce our products and absorb a quick overview on photographic workflow theory. With our own camera or smartphone in hand, we then summarize some basic aspects in form of simple exercises. We explore different setup possibilities, lighting variations and the idea of a professional workflow.
From a small, explanatory setup we move to larger sets that resemble various low-budget workspace setups. The Loft offers some typical home and atelier environments with available and artificial light so you can test-run your own products here.
We will finish off the day by reviewing the images and laying out plans for you to continue in your own workspaces.

Corporate Coaching

Our day
We usually begin by examining the products and their specific visual marketing requirements and discussing everything relevant to establishing a professionalized photographic workflow, including suitable technology. After discussing different approaches and lighting options, we adapt them to the requirements and move on to the practical product shoot, producing initial, usable results. This can also provide training for employees in basic photography practice. After reviewing the motifs, we develop a plan, including a tailored recommendation for sensible equipment investments. The format can be adapted to a wide variety of requirements.

Our Day
We'll meet in the loft and begin with a brief theoretical introduction to architectural representation in a marketing context. We'll review and evaluate your previous exposés with you in light of your individual requirements. This is followed by a step-by-step guide for quickly creating attractive interior shots. Then we'll head outside and photograph exterior shots based on familiar situations and challenges to clarify any remaining questions. Back in the loft, we'll summarize what we've learned and round it off as a guide, along with practical tricks for quick and efficient image editing.
